Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a qualified therapist for over 10 years. I work as a humanistic integrative counsellor and previous to this I worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years. I have a wealth of both professional and life experience which all inform the way I work. I have had extensive training and experience in complex trauma resulting from childhood abuse and in more general issues such as depression, anxiety, low self worth, grief, and other related life issues. I believe the key to successful therapy is finding a counsellor who can help you explore and process the issues you bring to therapy, who can help you develop effective coping strategies, and who makes you feel listened to and really understood within a safe, non-judgemental space. If you have issues you are dealing with which are affecting your quality of life, your relationships or your work then seeking help through counselling is probably the best thing you can do for yourself. I am here to help.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging, which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if you find you need a different fit you can switch therapists at any time.
