Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or struggling with low self-esteem? Do you find relationships—whether with yourself or others—difficult right now? You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore these emotions, patterns, and experiences.
As a qualified integrative therapist based in the UK, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from person-centred therapy, Transactional Analysis and CBT. I believe that healing begins with connection, and at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship we build together. I welcome all parts of you into our sessions—including those that feel angry, ashamed, or lost.
With a background in education and extensive experience supporting children, young people, and adults, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their true, authentic selves. I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s tricky moments. In a world that can feel overwhelming, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and heal. Let’s take this step together.
Clients have come to work with me on a wide range of presentations, such as: grief; identity; navigating a stressful situation; relationship rupture; anxiety; feeling suicidal, and exploring their feelings around a new diagnosis. You might not be able to put your finger on what is going on for you, but we can work together to make sense of your world.
