Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an individual and couples counselor who focuses on the relationship in counseling, the opportunity to solve problems, provide empathetic space for you to feel heard, and even laugh about the absurdity of life. You’ll find that I am often straightforward and all about processing tough feelings and complicated ideas but I find so much joy in “meeting people where they are at” and matching your needs to the best of my strengths.
I am largely a relational, cognitive behavioral, dialectal behavioral, and solution oriented counselor but I can mix and match a number of others styles. The biggest thing you might want to know about me is that I have a driving motto of counseling: “Nothing wasted, everything is valuable.” This means that I find the “why?” behind everything small and large to be powerful indicators of what we can best due to serve you.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can actually help. For common struggles such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to work as effectively as traditional in-person care for most situations.
One of the key benefits is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that fits them best, whether that’s via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would like a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time.
