Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! With over a decade of experience in the field, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, behavioral issues, anger management, grief and loss, self-esteem struggles, and parenting challenges.
I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My training and experience have equipped me to provide thoughtful, compassionate care that’s grounded in both research and real-world practice.
To best support each client’s unique needs, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches into my work. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and peaceful life is a courageous act. I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey—offering encouragement and the support you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take this journey together.
