Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho where I graduated with a Master of Science and specialized in the emphasis of Trauma, Grief, and Crisis. I have experience in working with, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I deal with on a regular basis are depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, grief, crisis, stage of life issues and infidelity.
Life can bring obstacles and challenges but no matter what you’re facing, in these various stages of your life, I will help you explore ways to cope and change those patterns. In our therapy session, I am compassionate, supportive, and empathetic and will help you feel empowered to share your unique story without fear or judgment.
My therapeutic relationship is based on a holistic counseling approach. Holistic counseling is an approach that helps clients heal by taking the entire human being with their life experiences into consideration for assessment and treatment purposes. Holistic counseling also utilizes mindfulness mediation, trauma-informed therapies, Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR Havening, and HypnotherapyTechniques.
I truly value each individual and look forward to meeting and helping you take the next step towards a life of connectedness and wellbeing.
