I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & career difficulties – to name but a few!
At the heart of therapy is the relationship we build together – I believe everyone is unique and that therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ therefore I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I undertake regular supervision and undertake at least 50hrs per year of CPD’s. I work with people over the age of 18.
I aim to respond to you within 24hrs, Monday – Friday. I look forward to working with you!
