Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I qualified as a Counsellor in 2012 passing the Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy but did not commence practising as a Counsellor straight away, I became a Legal Secretary, but Counselling was always in my heart and in my mind, I just never felt that I was at the appropriate stage in my life to counsel others, however, after various traumatic events and losses in my life , where I sought counselling myself, I have now found peace and the life tools to cope. I felt I was ready to help others to learn to cope with their life issues. I have been practising counselling part time for five years.
I use an integrative approach, the Person-Centred and CBT. I focus on the client-counsellor relationship and welcome all backgrounds. My aim will be to help you to feel comfortable during our sessions, also providing you with a trusted and supportive environment to bring any issues you may wish to explore.

Lucia Burridge qualified in 2012 with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Although she did not begin practising immediately, she worked for a time as a Legal Secretary while keeping counselling in mind as a long-term vocation.
Following several traumatic events and personal losses, Lucia sought counselling for herself and gained tools and perspective that helped her find greater stability and coping strategies. Those experiences prompted her to return to counselling work and support others facing similar challenges.
Lucia has seven years of experience and practises part-time. She works with an integrative approach, combining Person-Centred therapy and cognitive behavioural techniques to suit each person’s needs. She emphasises the therapeutic relationship and welcomes clients from all backgrounds.
Her aim is to create a comfortable, trusted and supportive environment where clients can bring the issues they wish to explore and develop practical ways to cope and move forward.
Many people wonder whether remote counselling genuinely helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals and therapists deliver online care, and if you want a different fit you are able to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers an accessible route to professional support for many everyday mental health needs.
