Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and a warm welcome to you. Life can be difficult sometimes and I appreciate that you have reached out for support.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts and Virginia. I have my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University since 2006. I am trained in treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence based treatment for trauma. In addition to being a Clinical Social Worker, I am also a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. I am particularly interested in mindfulness and listening to the body’s wisdom in moving towards healing. I have supported individuals who have experienced or are experiencing trauma related symptoms, depression, anxiety or stress. I am compassionate and I believe in your own strength and insight to move towards healing.
I look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions—online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be an appropriate option for people seeking support for these issues.
Online therapy also offers notable flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of communication that works best for them, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to access consistent care and fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical, evidence-informed path to addressing everyday mental health concerns.
