Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Lindsey and I have been a therapist for 12 years. I have been qualified since to 2013 and have many years of experience working with adults, couples and groups. I have a background of supporting prisoners in a Therapeutic Community in prison for 4 years and was formerly a prison officer for 20 years.
I love working and supporting all people from different communities but I focus currently on supporting clients who have ADHD or are in relationships with partners with ADHD. I also am specialising in narcissism and the scapegoating dynamic and want to support those that find themselves in these difficult relationships.
I also have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, physical abuse and neglect, being scapegoated or bullied, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
It is so difficult when we lose our way in life and it can be painful being with the uncertainty and discomfort, however I also believe that you have many strengths and I want to assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to meet and support you.

Many people wondering whether online therapy will help find that, for common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions. It can be an effective route for addressing these everyday mental health and relationship challenges.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the style of communication that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, that combination of accessibility, choice and professional support makes online therapy a practical option to consider.
