Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas working in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, attachment trauma, LGBTQIA+ population, advocacy, autism, and parent-child interactive therapy. One of my passions is helping patients access their own power, finding solutions that work for the individual person or family, and helping people from a systemic and advocacy-based perspective.
My therapy style is warm, kind, and humanistic. I believe that everyone is capable and powerful, and I don’t believe everyone should be labeled unless it helps them find explanation or identity for wellness. My approach combines solution-focused, trauma therapy, and belief in the person and the path they choose for their treatment to take.
It takes courage to seek solutions for yourself or your family and to take the first steps in a positive direction. If you are ready to rediscover your power, remember that you are capable of hard things, and choose solutions that work for you, I am ready and willing to help you, your children, or your family.
I can’t wait to meet you, and look forward to working together towards goals that work for you. Just remember how capable you are!

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes—online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It offers a practical option for addressing everyday mental health needs without sacrificing therapeutic quality.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that suits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these formats, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, clients can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a convenient and effective way to pursue support while maintaining the same professional standards expected of in-person treatment.
