Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I specialize in helping people get past their “stuck points”. We all have stuck points and blind spots. We all do things that cause us to say to ourselves, “I wonder why I did that!”
I have worked in the mental health field and specifically in the area of trauma since 1997. My areas of expertise are in trauma disorders and how these disorders also present as anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain, and plethora of presentations that are based in trauma. Most of which the general public are not aware of.
All of us have experienced some kind of trauma or neglect in our lives. That’s because we’re human. We make mistakes as people, as parents, as imperfect but beautiful beings. This affects how we see and feel the world around us. It is often the impetus behind any of our behaviors. This can also affect our performance in school, sports, interactions with families and friends. But most of us have no idea how to deal with the effects of, or metabolize the emotion in a way that restores our full equilibrium.
I utilize somatic-based therapies, EMDR, Trauma Model therapy, brain spotting, DBT, CBT and Ego state therapies. I work with children and adults of all ages. Don’t let your own fears hold you back from reaching your full potential!

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For commonly experienced concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or messaging to make therapy fit into their schedules and comfort levels. This range of options can make it easier to maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone decides they need a different match, it is possible to switch therapists. For many people, virtual therapy provides an accessible and practical route to consistent support while addressing everyday concerns and longer-standing challenges.
