I am a solution focused licensed therapist in Rhode Island, soon to be licensed in Massachusetts. Having gained 25 years of professional counseling and coaching practice in colleges and other therapeutic settings, I have provided counseling assistance to diverse groups of individuals with diverse needs. I am a positive psychology enthusiast and offer varied therapies including cognitive behavioral as well as alternative and naturopathic . I have specific experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem/confidence, education and career achievement, coping with life changes, inclusive of midlife, workplace, retirement , domestic, and many other therapeutic needs. I have worked with college students of all ages, including seniors in high school, two , four year and graduatecollege students, individuals experiencing life change such as divorce, single parenting, grief and loss, relationship, as well as active military and veteran issues. I am a strong supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as neurodiversity. I believe that every individual has many strengths that will assist them on their journey to overcoming life challenges. Linda is credentialed as an RI LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) MHC00157 and offers a range of therapeutic options, including cognitive behavioral methods as well as alternative and naturopathic approaches. She has focused experience supporting people with stress and anxiety, motivation and confidence, education and career goals, and coping with life transitions such as midlife changes, workplace shifts, and retirement.
