Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience working with various populations in the mental health field. I have worked with teens, parents, families and couples on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, relationship issues, intimacy concerns, coping skills, and parenting techniques (to name a few).
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy to help clients examine their situation, identify their strengths, and find coping skills or solutions that will work for them. In my approach I create a warm environment in an effort to make the client feel safe and welcome. My aim is to be a therapist who helps the client see their own strengths and understand their ability to create their own solutions. There is hope. I promise this. Lets get you to a place you see it too.
I look forward to meeting with you.

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online will truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the major benefits is convenience and flexibility – you can reach a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule and stay consistent with care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would help. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible, effective route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
