Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of diverse clinical experience. I have worked with a multitude of populations including those who experience depression, anxiety, relationship issues, major life changes, illness/cancer, sexual assault, and Veterans issues including combat/MST.
I pride myself in being compassionate and direct with my clients and don’t shy away from having those hard conversations with folks. My emphasis is firstly on maintaining safety and developing safety plans for those who need them. I believe that therapy is what you make it and if you come to me with motivation to make changes for yourself I am ready willing and able to help you on your journey. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the connection between our thoughts and behaviors (CBT) and I believe in the use of mindfulness/meditation to help us ground ourselves and the importance of self-care. I believe that therapy is a wholly collaborative process and you are the expert of you. We will work together to develop treatment goals.
I commend you for deciding that you are worthy of better and that its time to make some changes. You/We can do this!
I look forward to meeting you on your journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that best suits them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to address many everyday mental health and well-being needs.
