Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor who offers therapy as a tool for exploration of aspects and areas of life that may seem challenging and overwhelming. With a psychological insight and having the capacity to make space for others to heal themselves I hope like a catalyst, my presence allows others to transform by offering them a safe space to share pieces of their most intimate worlds while being supported with the therapeutic methods I have personally applied to myself in the last ten years.
My professional practice for the last four years includes both adults and adolescents from various backgrounds, cultures and nationalities. Essentially, my niche is helping victims of narcissistic abuse to untangle themselves from toxic relationships, which is derived not only from my personal story but is also supported by ongoing training in this recently developed area of expertise.
As every person is unique so is the therapeutic process tailored for the needs and goals of the client. My background is in the domain of person – centered therapy integrated with traditional modalities such as CBT and psychodynamic methods. In addition to these approaches I also use more holistic modalities relevant to the demands of the healing process such as hypnotherapy and energy healing.

People often ask whether online therapy can really help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This applies to a broad range of everyday mental health needs and adjustments.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, by phone, through live chat, or with in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. This flexibility can help maintain consistency and progress over time.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed clients can switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to the support they are seeking.
