Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in MO with 7 years experience. I have treated children as young as 3 and adults through their senior years. I enjoy helping people that are struggling with navigating through difficult times and helping them see the full potential in themselves. I have worked with groups, individuals, and parenting classes in a variety of settings from private practice to hospital settings. I have also worked in the telehealth setting for the past 2.5 years, so distance counseling is something I am very comfortable with. I am comfortable treating many of life’s issues including life changes/adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, self-worth, parenting, stress management, and grief.
My overall approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe once we change how we think about the situation, or how we are processing the situation, then we can move forward with how to best adapt to the situation. I also utilize mediations, guided imagery, relaxation strategies and grounding to help transition from a distressed self to an empowered self.
I enjoy watching my patients grow and develop through this process and take a relaxed and approachable stance with counseling. You are more than welcome to bring your true self to my sessions without fear of judgment. I look forward to walking through this journey with you and help you realize your full self.

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes—online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes virtual counseling a viable option for people seeking help with these issues.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and schedule, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options can make it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, the combination of comparable effectiveness and adaptable delivery makes online therapy a practical choice for addressing common mental health and life concerns.
