I am a BACP registered therapist, fully qualified with a degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling. I also have additional training in grief and bereavement, enhancing my capacity to stand with you in times of profound loss and sadness.
Working with both adults across all age spectrums and young people aged 16+, I am dedicated to provide you with a warm, calm and secure environment where you can share, reflect and explore things that might be unsettling you.
As an integrative therapist my approach is fluid, interweaving various therapeutic theories and methods to finely tune our sessions to your unique needs. Central to the heart of my practice lies the belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.
