Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Counselling Support for Individuals and Relationships
I am an experienced and qualified counsellor specialising in relationship issues (both individual and couples work), as well as anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and sexual difficulties. I also support clients with a wide range of other concerns and would be happy to discuss whether I can help with what you are facing.
I began my counselling training over Ten years ago and since then have built a successful practice by staying up to date with new approaches, research, and ideas in the field.
I understand how difficult it can be—especially for men of any age—to reach out, admit they are struggling, and seek support. As a male counsellor, I can relate to these challenges and offer a space where you feel understood and on the same wavelength.
I also work comfortably with female clients, many of whom value both a male perspective on relationship issues and my ability to understand their own experiences.
Counselling is built on trust, and together we will create a safe, supportive space where your concerns can be explored at your pace. Over time, we work towards helping you to help yourself—using approaches tailored to your needs. These may include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One clear benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and keeps access consistent when circumstances change.
All sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if you ever want a different fit you have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and effective route to support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
