Many people question whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
Another key advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video appointment, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they want a different fit.
