Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My counseling style is warm and interactive, yet direct (the Midwestern way, as I call it). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do believe in finding the positive in the situation, including in the diagnostic and acceptance process. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychoanalytical, multi-cultural, positive psychology, and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique needs, including your cultural and spiritual background.
In the U.S., I am licensed to practice in Nevada. I have often counseled people who work in the entertainment, gaming, and hospitality sectors. The way of life in Nevada is different from most of the other states, and I understand the unique challenges that face Nevadans. I also specialize in International Psychology, and have worked with people around the world including Europe, Eastern Europe, Central America, South America, Canada, United Arab Emeriates, Australia, and other locations including areas of ongoing conflict.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that works best for them, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to consistent support and progress.
