Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Kate and I am the proud founder of Dot’s Counselling & Wellbeing. I understand the process of finding a counsellor and opening up about your feelings can be difficult, but trust me… there’s not a lot I haven’t heard! So whatever issue you’re facing or feelings you have, no matter how big or small, we can work together to discover a way forward that’s right for you. I aim to build trusting, empowering relationships with my clients, creating a safe and confidential space for you to truly feel heard.
Together we can explore what you feel ready to share – whether these are current, buried or almost forgotten experiences. I will be at your side every step of the way, helping you on your journey of growth and change.
At the start of this journey, life can feel very scary, lonely and confusing. With my style of working, I aim to help you feel calm, clear and supported, enabling you to become the person you want to be.
I offer sessions over the phone, or on video call.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face counselling. Research and practice indicate that remote sessions often deliver meaningful benefits for these issues.
One major advantage is flexibility. People can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from wherever is most convenient.
All participating professionals are licensed and trained, and individuals may change therapists at any time if they feel a different match would be better. For many, remote therapy provides a practical, accessible route to support and progress.
