Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am accredited and licensed in the UK with years of professional work experience in therapy. I continuously have to update my training and professional knowledge to NHS and UK standard with the ever evolving psychosocial issues and mental health developments. I hold professional qualifications and personal experiences that have driven me to support others in various situations. I have a wealth of knowledge in the medical (NHS), teaching, employability, disability, family and social living fields. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence to name a few. My belief is that you can make changes for the better and with the right tools you can take control again. When you are ready to start this journey I will be here to guide as nobody knows you better than yourself. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and having the best support is crucial but you have to be ready to accept change and embrace new challenges. It would be a pleasure to support your needs, push through the challenges and aid you to own yourself again using a range of combination theories and tools. You’ll find me to be very engaging, relaxed but professional in my approach. I don’t believe one theory fits and suits all and so I prefer to utilise all materials in and out of sessions. As a mum, sister, friend, colleague, advocate for disabilities, I don’t just use what I learnt from studies, I use my intuition and experience in the field. For each individual client I create a tailored flexible plan altered to your needs and responding to you throughout the day as well as in clinical hours. If you feel or think I’m suitable just get in touch.
Best wishes.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy around other commitments and daily life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone decides they need a different match they may switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, the combination of evidence of effectiveness and flexible delivery makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health and wellbeing concerns.
