Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor working with clients from a holistic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental perspective. I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (supporting mental health during pregnancy and postpartum) and a focus on spiritually integrated psychotherapy (integrating the client’s unique spiritual perspectives into therapy, if applicable). I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help increase awareness of emotions, body sensations, thoughts, and behavior patterns.
While I have specialized training in these areas, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life purpose issues, major life transitions, relationship issues, existential crisis, and self-esteem issues.
Healing and growth happen more naturally when you feel truly seen and heard. Each individual is unique, and therapy is tailored to support your specific mental, emotional, and/or spiritual needs.
When I’m not in session, you can often find me playing with my toddler, gardening, or exploring new ideas about the intersection of psychology and spirituality. These passions keep me grounded and continually curious about the many ways we can grow and heal.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can meet with therapists in the format that fits their life best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility helps make therapy more accessible and easier to schedule around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be helpful. For many people, the convenience and comparable effectiveness of online therapy make it a practical option for addressing a wide range of mental health and life concerns.
