She has extensive experience supporting clients across the full spectrum of the life cycle and is especially passionate about play therapy, parent coaching, and relationship work alongside individual therapy. Julie emphasizes insight and steady support so clients can identify where they want help and build skills to reach their goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions, evidence shows that remote therapy is comparably effective to traditional in-person care for most situations.
One of the primary advantages is greater flexibility - you can connect in the format that works best for you, whether that is a video visit, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and if you feel you need a different therapeutic fit you have the option to switch therapists. For many people, the accessibility and convenience of online sessions make it a practical and effective way to pursue mental health and relationship goals.
