I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with adults, young people (9-18) parents and carers, Many of whom are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems or low self esteem.

I am qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Psychodynamic and Person Centred Counselling with an additional Level 5 Certificate in Counselling Children and Young People. My approach is client centred, I put a lot of emphasis on nurturing the ‘therapeutic relationship’ and I often incorporate mindfulness and creative strategies for best results.
