Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi my name is Julia, I have been counselling for the past 9 years. I completed a Diploma a year beforehand in counselling skills, wanting to continue my studies for better future opportunities, I completed a degree in Integrative counselling BA Hons and Graduated in November 2019. My experience stands vastly in Drug and Alcohol addiction/use and misuse, working with children and adults. I also work within the criminal justice (5 years) and provide solution focused therapy to clients who suffer with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and relational problems.
As a Neurodivergent person, I love working in various ways that can tailor to my clients who require, attention to detail or specific focusing to support their needs. My past and present volunteer work experiences, expands through various organisations in London, Essex, Birmingham, Manchester and Cambridge.
Prior to becoming a counsellor, my background experience was in the health sector for over 14 years and I continue to work in the NHS part time. This has allowed me, the skills and knowledge to provide holistic support when working with clients as therapy should regard all requirements i.e. emotional, physical, mental and social needs.
I am fortunate to have trained as an Integrative counsellor because, I am able to use the skills from Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic theories to help my clients with various needs and when necessary incorporate play/art therapy to engage clients’ in a different way and help with expressing themselves.
I believe talking and expression is important, and when wanted should be a choice yet also an opportunity that may not always be requested.
I hope to be the person, who you are able to talk with and help you, to seek, explore and realise opportunities.
I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online support are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch practitioners at any time if they prefer a different fit.
