Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome! I am Ronnie, and I am excited to start this journey with you. If you have any questions let me know, and I am looking forward to working with you.
I am an integrative counsellor committed to helping my clients in the therapeutic process through such approaches as Person- Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I aim toward a holistic approach to healing, which harmonies the body, mind, emotion and spirit. I can help you on your journey to become a new you, through self-discovery. I welcome everyone regardless of their religion or beliefs. Spirituality is not about religion, it is about accessing the higher truth within yourself and discovering who you really are.
Learning how to tune into yourself, listen to and trust in your own intuition can help you to heal both in the present and the future. My goal is to help you live in the present, practice compassion and learn to forgive both yourself and others.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
Flexibility is a major benefit. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best – by video call, by phone, via live chat, or through in-app messaging – which makes fitting therapy into a busy life much easier.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different therapeutic fit. This approach expands access to trained practitioners while preserving the ability to choose the relationship that works best.
