Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP member therapist (374680) in the UK with 7 years of counselling experience. I am also an experienced IT professional and have my own family experience to draw on. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, workplace difficulties, personal/sexual identity, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I have also worked with many people who want to make changes in their lives for the better whether it be their family/personal life or their careers.
I’ll work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and may be a difficult decision to make. However I will always try to make sure you feel it is a decision worth making and try to encourage you and make you feel valued and honour your choice to invest in yourself!
