Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome! I’m Jody, a person-centred therapist based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Person-centred therapy is all about you. It’s a type of talking therapy that trusts you as the expert in your own life. Instead of giving advice or telling you what to do, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My role is to listen deeply, understand without judgment, and help you make sense of things in a way that feels right for you. This approach can help you gain clarity, build self-trust, and make meaningful changes in your life—on your own terms. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I’m here to walk alongside you and provide the support you need.
Starting therapy can be daunting, but I know from professional and personal experience that it can be an important step towards lasting change. During our sessions, you can expect a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental environment where you’re free to explore your thoughts and emotions. My approach puts you at the heart of the process, letting you decide what we talk about. Sometimes we might look at past events, and other times we’ll focus on the present. Regardless, the pace will always be set by you. While some moments may feel challenging, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
I offer therapy on both short-term and open-ended bases, guided by your needs.

Jody Campbell is a person-centred therapist based in Glasgow, Scotland, who creates a warm and supportive environment where the client is regarded as the expert in their own life. Her practice focuses on listening deeply, understanding without judgment, and allowing individuals to explore thoughts and feelings at a pace that suits them.
Rather than offering advice or directives, she provides a space for clients to make sense of their experiences and to build self-trust. This approach aims to help people gain clarity and to make meaningful changes that feel right for them and on their own terms.
Jody understands that starting therapy can feel daunting and, from both professional and personal experience, recognises it can be an important step toward lasting change. Sessions are conducted with empathy and a non-judgemental attitude, with the client guiding the topics and the pace of work.
She offers therapy on both short-term and open-ended bases, tailoring the duration and focus to the needs of each person. Jody works with a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, family issues, self-esteem, depression, and coping with life changes, and identifies as a female, non-religious, liberal therapist.
Online therapy can be an effective option for many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes. For these issues, remote therapy has been shown to perform similarly to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, or other commitments.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist. The core advantages are accessibility and convenience, while maintaining the same therapeutic aims as face-to-face work.
