Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can choose the format that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to connect in the way that feels most comfortable.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different therapist you can switch at any time. Online therapy offers an accessible option for many common concerns while keeping the core therapeutic processes consistent with face-to-face work.
