My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, person centered. I am EMDR trained and I am in the process of obtaining my EMDR certification. Each person is unique and so is your treatment. We will work together to formulate a treatment plan based on your needs. For many everyday challenges – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work. Research and clinical practice have shown that virtual sessions can address these common concerns successfully for a large number of people.
One clear advantage is flexibility. Clients can meet with therapists in the format that fits their routines and comfort level, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to maintain consistency and access care when schedules are busy or travel is difficult.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they feel another provider would be a better fit. Online therapy can offer a practical way to engage in evidence-based treatment while managing the demands of daily life.
