Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. I am an LMHC, licensed mental health counselor, in Massachusetts, with more than 20 years of professional experience working with at risk youth and their families, as well as individuals looking to make positive changes toward a better life. I have served as an alternative education teacher, school counselor, outpatient therapist, and in home therapist working toward family stabilization. I have experience in helping clients with behavioral health disorders, including ADHD, oppositional defiant and conduct disorders, mood disorders, those experiencing stress and anxiety, symptoms and struggles related to trauma, and also helped those challenged by family conflicts and parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work toward helping individuals tap into their strengths to solve problems and make progress toward their goals with hope and confidence. Whether you are registering yourself or your child, taking the first step to sign up for therapy requires bravery. It takes courage to recognize the need for support, to take steps toward building a more fulfilling and happier life, and to take action to create change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. I am proud of you for getting started, and I look forward to us working together! Talk soon.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A key benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and clients may switch therapists if they feel a different fit is needed. This approach offers access to trained therapists while accommodating varied preferences and practical needs.
Overall, online therapy can be a practical, effective option for addressing many everyday mental health concerns while offering convenience and multiple ways to engage with a therapist.
