Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I guess you would like someone to listen and for you to feel truly heard and understood. I’ll tell you a little bit about me and what I do,
I offer short-term and long-term therapy and have over two decades of experience working with people with emotional challenges. I offer you a holistic counselling service that addresses a wide range of emotional issues. I specialise in many areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, fear, worry, grief and loss including over 40 types of loss (physical and emotional), lack of motivation, lack of self-belief, low self-worth, insecurity, confidence issues, domestic abuse or violence (physical and emotional), cohesive control, effects of narcissistic abuse, homelessness, loneliness, child contact issues, racism, bullying, family issues and break-ups, current or past traumas, addictions, psychological menopausal symptoms, group therapy and much more.
My clients tell me the level of support they receive during their therapy sessions enables them to make positive changes and think more clearly. I am dedicated to helping you achieve emotional well-being. My commitment to personal growth and my extensive experience make sessions a valuable resource for those seeking support.
My approach thoughtfully combines different therapeutic interventions to suit the unique contours of your life’s story.
My sessions are a safe space, free from judgement, where every emotion is validated, and every experience is respected. With me, you’ll find a warm-hearted professional who listens deeply and I will work with you and believe wholeheartedly in your potential for renewal and growth. If you want to feel better, become better or make some changes in your life, then therapy can lead you in the right direction. There is no obligation, it is always up to you and only you to decide what is best and right for you.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I know reaching out for therapy can be difficult and it was the best move I ever made when I needed a safe space to feel heard and understood.
My passion for people to be well, and feel accepted and understood has led me to spend the past 25 years working with people from all backgrounds with all sorts of emotional issues on a long-term and short-term basis. I began my counselling training in 2008 and went on to graduate to a degree level so that I could help my clients at a deeper level and have a more in-depth understanding of their situation.
My approach offers person-centred therapy welcoming you to a supportive, non-judgmental environment offering complete acceptance and empathy. This allows you to explore your feelings and thoughts freely and where appropriate a thoughtful exploration of your past to bring clarity and healing to your present using the psychodynamic approach. Furthermore, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help gently reshape the thoughts or behaviours that no longer serve you, fostering a positive outlook on life. Therapy will help you develop the skills to navigate life’s challenges with calmness and mindfulness.
I am also available for face-to-face meetings in Stratford upon Avon.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person work for many people.
A key benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that best fits your life, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family commitments and other responsibilities.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if at any point a different fit is preferred you may switch therapists. For many individuals, online sessions provide a practical and effective route to support and progress with familiar mental health concerns.
