Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UK qualified counsellor registered with the BACP and with over 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping people with a variety of emotional difficulties, such as low mood, anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem. I have also helped many people experiencing issues in their relationships or career, and experiencing loss and grief, or other changes in their lives. I believe that you are the expert of your own self and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be daunting at first; I know this from my own experiences of being a client in the therapeutic relationship during my training. Therapy can provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships, and help you to make positive changes in your life.
I work in an integrative way, where I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches when helping people, such as person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapies. This allows me to tailor my work to each individuals needs, offering both listening and techniques to help overcome any challenges. I endeavour to put all of my clients at ease with my warm, down-to-earth and non-judgemental nature.
I can be flexible with appointments and can offer evening and weekend sessions upon client request. Please drop me a message if you cannot find a time on my schedule that is suitable for you.

Jennifer Brown is a UK qualified counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and has over 7 years of professional experience. She has supported people with a variety of emotional difficulties, including low mood, anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem, and has worked with those facing relationship or career concerns, loss and grief, and other life changes.
She believes that each person is the expert on their own life and that existing strengths can help when addressing what feels challenging. Having been a therapy client herself during training, she recognises how daunting it can be to take the first step and aims to provide a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships while working towards positive change.
Jennifer practises in an integrative way, drawing on approaches such as person-centred therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy so that support is tailored to individual needs, blending attentive listening with practical techniques. She endeavours to put clients at ease through a warm, down-to-earth and non-judgemental manner.
She can be flexible with appointments and offers evening and weekend sessions on request. If a suitable time does not appear on her schedule, she invites prospective clients to send a message to arrange an alternative.
Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – remote therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they may switch to another therapist at any time.
