Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Jenna and I am a qualified Humanistic integrative counsellor, which means that I believe that people are the experts on themselves and that we each have the ability and the resources within us to change and heal, however, sometimes we need a little help to discover them.
Being an integrative counsellor enables me to draw elements from several different approaches and tailor sessions to each individual’s needs.
I have valuable experience working with the Royal National Institute for the Blind, helping clients with vision loss and other disabilities come to terms with what has happened, along with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Low self-esteem.
I work on a one-to-one basis with adults which allows for a good therapeutic relationship to develop, one which is open, honest and genuine from both sides. I believe that the relationship is key for successful therapy to take place.
Together we will explore the thoughts, feelings or behaviours that have brought you to counselling in a way that helps you to feel empowered and able to make the necessary changes to move forward.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if a client feels a different fit would be better they can switch to another therapist at any time.
