Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
In my practice, I work with people who are navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges—whether that means feeling stuck in recurring patterns, facing life transitions, building healthier relationships, or reconnecting with a deeper sense of self. Therapy provides a safe, reflective space to explore your internal world, gain clarity, and begin to make meaningful change.
I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt theories to tailor the therapeutic process to your personal needs. My work is underpinned by Person-Centred values: empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique experience are at the core of our work together.
Our sessions will be collaborative and focused on what feels most relevant for you right now. We’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping current emotional responses and behaviours to identify what can support you towards meaningful change. If this resonates with you please do contact me and we can schedule a call to see how I can support you best.
