Jemima Pearson works with people who are facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, whether that means feeling stuck in recurring patterns, managing life transitions, building healthier relationships, or reconnecting with a deeper sense of self.
She offers a reflective space to explore inner thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and begin to make meaningful changes in day-to-day life.
Jemima is a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist (registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) who draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, psychodynamic, and Gestalt theories to tailor the therapeutic process to each person’s needs. Her practice is grounded in Person-Centred values, with empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s experience at the heart of the work.
Sessions with Jemima are collaborative and focused on what feels most relevant in the present. She explores how past experiences may influence current emotional responses and behaviours, aiming to identify practical ways to support meaningful change. If this approach resonates, contact her to arrange a call and discuss how she can best offer support.
