After completing her own therapy journey, Jayne Sudworth was inspired to help others become the best version of themselves. She is an experienced counsellor with 4 years' experience and practises from a non-religious perspective.
Jayne specialises in stress, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma and abuse including PTSD, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and confidence building, ADHD and workplace anxiety. She also works with addictions, family and parenting concerns, intimacy-related issues, eating and sleeping difficulties, anger, career challenges, coping with life changes and offers coaching support.
When life feels overwhelming - whether that looks like persistent worry, low mood, or difficulty getting through the day - Jayne provides a calm, non-judgemental space to build a therapeutic relationship. She works alongside clients to explore thoughts and feelings so they can increase self-awareness and gain a clearer understanding of themselves.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns - including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes - online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
Therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many, remote therapy offers a practical and effective route to get support.
