Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Georgia. I have dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Criminology from Florida State University. I moved to Atlanta three years ago and enjoy looking for new places to eat (especially for dessert).
I have been a therapist for 10 years and my counseling style is providing a non-judgmental and conversational atmosphere with an open and honest dialogue. I use a combination of Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, or Trauma-Focused therapy strategies, depending on which fits the client’s needs. I also like to use humor, Art Therapy, or Mindfulness incorporated activities. I have provided counseling to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, LGBTQIA+ challenges, relationship issues, or were involved in the criminal justice system.
