Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Jack,
I’m a straight-talking person centred counsellor who doesn’t fit the typical mould—and I think that’s what makes me effective. Before becoming a counsellor, I served 10 years in the British Army, including frontline deployments as part of the Desert Rats. Those years shaped who I am today: resilient, down-to-earth, and deeply committed to helping others overcome their struggles.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor with a BA (Hons) degree and over a decade of professional experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. From fellow war veterans dealing with life’s complexities to young people navigating the care system, my approach remains the same: you lead the way, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I don’t do jargon or judgment—I meet you where you are. Life throws challenges at all of us, and I’ve faced my fair share, which is what inspired me to help others find their strength. Whether it’s anger, self-esteem, confidence, or motivation, together we can work through the obstacles that are holding you back.
You’re the author of your own story, and while life can sometimes make it feel like the pen’s out of your hands, I believe your strengths are still there—sometimes, we just need a bit of guidance to uncover them.
Taking this step takes courage, and I respect you for that. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you move forward.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in whichever way feels most comfortable: via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options helps therapy fit into everyday life more easily.
Every therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients are free to change therapists if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy is a practical and effective route to getting support.
