Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome!
My name is Isabella, and I’m a registered psychologist in Australia with over 3 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking help for depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, intimacy issues, LGBTQIA+ matters, or self-esteem, I’m here to work with you toward lasting change. I also specialize in women’s health, including fertility, endometriosis, and perinatal mental health, as well as men’s mental health and life transitions.
I practice both in-clinic (Her Health and Conscious Shift in South Australia) and online, connecting with clients from all corners of the world. No matter where you’re located, I’m committed to providing therapy that’s accessible, supportive, and aligned with your unique needs.
I believe therapy should be practical and collaborative. Together, we’ll focus on finding real solutions that work for you. Whether you’re managing ongoing challenges or navigating a major life transition, I tailor each session to your goals, making sure you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps. Our work together will be grounded in trust and open communication.
Taking that first step to reach out for therapy is a big one, and I’m here to support you in creating meaningful change for your future.

Making the first contact is an important step, and Isabella is available to support people who want to create meaningful change for their future.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice have found comparable outcomes for these types of issues when care is delivered remotely.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the communication method that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions without rearranging work, travel or family commitments.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists. If someone feels they need a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy offers a practical, accessible route to consistent support and progress toward their goals.
