Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My passion is to work with clients that want to expand and understand themselves, to deepen and explore their relationship to life, their bodies and to others so that they can live and be in healthy and creative relationships, and live a good life ultimately. Helping individuals understand, process and digest their life experiences – particularly their emotions and feelings can make a big difference. Doing this inner work with a supportive other, can be life changing.
Maybe a life experience has been traumatic, maybe you have encountered a relationship problem at work or with friends or family, stress, depression or anxiety is crippling your life energy. Whatever your experience is, we can explore your issues with deeper reflection and enquiry, so that new possibilities, awareness, trust and choices can emerge.
I am attuned to people’s body-minds, the breath, the emotions that moves us, the non-verbal cues, the words and our personal histories. To feel safe and accepted, and free to express yourself fully is important for going deeper, to heal, to grow as a person.
My ethos is that we work as partners or companions, both supporting the unfolding therapeutic process by exploring the issues and the life questions that you bring with courage, kindness and at times humour. Together we can also challenge old patterns of behaviour, thought and emotions that no longer serve your life in going forward.
About myself; I have worked in private practice for many years, my style of working with clients is relational, eclectic, and integrative. I am also a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and Teacher, so accustomed of paying attention to the non-verbal signals of the body, the value of feeling at home in one’s body and acknowledge the importance of mind-body-soul alignment.
