Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have many years of experience practicing psychotherapy and working with individuals, couples, and families in various settings. Currently, I work primarily with adult and older adult clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, generational conflict, phase-of-life, and life transition problems, and workplace issues, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. I received a Doctoral Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My years of experience working both outside and in the field of mental health have given me insight into the real-life issues and difficulties we all face in the world today. I can conduct therapy in English, Mandarin Chinese, or Taiwanese.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns – stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Licensed professionals deliver online services, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
