Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My intention is to support clients grow personally, emotionally, professionally, and in their relationships.
People grow at their own pace, but it is my experience that with counseling support, personal evolution can happen more quickly. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Life Coach, my background is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness, behavioral changes, emotional regulation and finding solutions.
My practice is built on positive psychology, neurolinguistics, cognitive behavioral theory, mindfulness and emotional intelligence. It is my pleasure to join with clients for however brief or long. Sometimes in entering a therapeutic relationship we are not sure where to begin. I work with you to determine areas to work on and how to achieve positive growth. Together we partner for improvement by setting goals with strategies for change. We work at your pace within our allowed time together. My aim is for you to feel safe and supported to discuss personal challenges while keeping hope for positive change.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. This approach offers comparable support for everyday mental health needs and can help people make meaningful progress.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Individuals can meet with therapists in the format that fits best – by video, over the phone, via live chat, or through in-app messaging – which makes it easier to schedule sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical way to access professional support while maintaining the same focus on therapeutic goals and strategies as in-person care.
