Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapist credentialed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience and additional 15 years of counselling experience in various educational, workplace and voluntary settings.
I am a certified trauma-informed therapist and I have been working with adults whose past difficulties and traumatic experiences create barriers to fully embrace and enjoy the present. I provide a non-judgemental, safe and accepting place to work through your childhood/adolescent trauma, anxiety, depression or other challenges.
I use primarily person centred approach focusing on awareness of current experiences as well as psychodynamic approach to explore and make sense of the past. This combo of approaches will allow you to unpack your issues at your own pace and will make you feel seen, heard and understood no matter how messy or disorganised your challenges might be. Understanding how your family patterns of relating or past trauma impacts your present day experiences will help you to gain deeper insight into what is stopping you from moving forward.
In addition, I am also a trained couples therapist, providing support to couples to move from disconnection to growth.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am looking forward working with you.

Hana Mandikova is a therapist credentialed in the United Kingdom and certified in trauma-informed practice. She works with adults whose earlier difficulties and traumatic experiences create obstacles to fully engaging with and enjoying the present.
Hana offers a non-judgemental, safe and accepting space for people to explore childhood and adolescent trauma, anxiety, depression and other life challenges. Her approach is respectful and paced to each individual’s needs.
She primarily uses a person-centred approach that emphasises awareness of current experience, alongside psychodynamic work to explore and make sense of the past. This combination supports clients to unpack issues at their own pace and helps them feel seen, heard and understood, even when difficulties feel messy or disorganised.
Exploring how family patterns of relating or past trauma influence present-day experience is a key part of her work, offering deeper insight into what may be preventing forward movement.
In addition to individual therapy, Hana is a trained couples therapist who supports couples seeking to move from disconnection toward growth.
She recognises that taking the first step into therapy takes courage and acknowledges that decision, and she looks forward to working with new clients.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain consistency over time.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists if they would like a different fit. For many, remote therapy provides a practical and effective option to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
