Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My Approach
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Every person’s story is unique, and I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to suit your individual needs and goals.
My primary counselling approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), where both my clients and I work together to find practical solutions to the issues that are troubling them. Alongside CBT, I also integrate humanistic theories including Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt Therapy. These approaches allow me to truly listen and create a supportive space where we can explore the direction you want for your life.
Whether you’re feeling lost and simply need someone to listen, or you’re ready to make meaningful changes, I’m here to support you.
Professional Background
I am fully qualified in the UK (England) with over five years of professional counselling experience. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Autism. I’m deeply passionate about supporting all aspects of neurodiversity.
As someone who is high-functioning autistic and who also has ADHD and dyslexia, I understand firsthand how challenging the world can be for people who think differently. My lived experience allows me to bring genuine empathy and a fresh, authentic perspective into the therapy room.
Areas of Experience
I have experience helping clients with a wide range of issues, including:
Stress and anxiety (including isolation and social anxiety)
Depression, low motivation, and self-criticism
Low self-esteem and confidence
Addiction recovery (including work in residential treatment settings)
Trauma and abuse
I have also worked extensively with neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, bipolar disorder, and Down syndrome. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals facing addiction or homelessness, many of whom have been let down by society and may also live with neurodiverse conditions. This intersection is deeply personal to me, as I’ve faced my own challenges growing up neurodivergent.
My Commitment
I welcome clients from all walks of life and take pride in offering a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space. Helping people through difficult times is not just my profession it’s my passion.
If you’re considering therapy, know that reaching out is the first step toward a better future. I look forward to walking that journey with you.

Many people want to know whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
The format also offers significant flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if you find you would prefer a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote sessions provide an accessible and practical route to consistent therapeutic support.
