Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been practising as a Counsellor for over 10 years in Hampshire UK and hold a Diploma & BA(Hons) in Humanistic Counselling.
Much of my work has been with clients facing deep unrest, depression, sadness, loss, loss of self, illness, end of life and bereavement. I have also spent many years working with people who want to learn more about themselves, gain a better understanding of self, embrace change and develop confidence moving forward.
I embrace and believe as a Humanistic counsellor that all people have inherent worth and deserve respect and sensitivity. I hold faith that over time, we all have an innate tendency to move forward realizing our potential for growth, understanding and acceptance. I believe that we are all organically creative and highly individual and we all have the right to experience emotional challenges in our own way and in our own time-eventually resulting in psychological wellness and/or acceptance and my hope – inner peace.
I will openly give to the counselling relationship, non-judgmental caring ‘unconditional positive regard’ genuineness ‘congruence’ and empathy. My way of working is very much a Holistic approach believing in the importance of every aspect of ourselves ‘mind, body and soul’ enabling a wholeness around our well-being.
I will offer gentle and supportive holding and a space for you to talk through your concerns, worries and the possible deep emotional challenges that you may be experiencing. We will work together to find more helpful and meaningful ways of managing the impact on your world this may be having.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists if you would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective route to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
