Many people ask whether counselling delivered online can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, remote therapy is generally comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
An important benefit is the flexibility it offers – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain regular sessions.
All therapists offering remote sessions are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you need a different fit. For many people, online therapy is a practical and effective route to getting support and working toward better mental health.
