Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me
I understand that every person’s needs are different, so I aim to provide counselling that’s tailored just for you. I believe in personal freedom, so you can speak freely with me without any judgment. We’ll work together to understand your challenges. While emotions and talking are important, I also focus on thoughts and actions to help you heal.
Experience and Education
I have extensive experience in counselling, with training approved by two of the largest counselling services in the UK, BACP and CPCAB. My qualifications include specialized training in autism, dementia, grief, and loss, among other areas. My approach is based on years of practice and continuous learning in the latest therapeutic methods.
Treatment Approach
My counselling approach is integrative, using different methods to suit your unique needs. I believe in a holistic approach, combining emotional, cognitive, and behavioral strategies to help you heal and grow.
I also offer group therapy through playing Dungeons and Dragons. This therapy uses storytelling and character creation to tackle tough subjects and personal issues in a supportive group setting. It’s been shown to help many people, especially those who find social situations challenging, by teaching them to navigate our complex social world while having fun and rolling dice.
How I Can Help
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group therapy, I’m here to support you on your path to healing and personal growth. Together, we can work towards understanding and overcoming your challenges, leading to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
