I am credentialed in Australia with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief, loss, self compassion, healing relationships, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes and transitions, such as relationships ending or career changes.
As a body-based somatic counsellor, I support you to learn how to create more safety in your body and to grow the resources that support you to move through life with more ease and grace. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths within you waiting to be fully realised.

I am a qualified counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, as well as being a Clinical Supervisor with PACFA. My approach is trauma-informed and person centred, which focuses on your needs and meets you where you are.
Other modalities and approaches I use include Nervous System Healing, Inner Child Healing, Inner Parts Work, Internal Family Systems, Shadow Work, Non Violent Communication, Mindfulness, Mindful Self Compassion and healing from birth trauma.
I believe that each person holds a deep wisdom within them. Sometimes it can be hard to listen to that inner wisdom when we feel overwhelmed by stress, trauma or limiting patterns that are stuck in our body and impacting us in the present day.
